How do I receive a quote?
You can call us directly to arrange a viewing or to get a final quote according to your specific requirements. We will also advise you about our current offers and discounts.

What happens if I am not completely satisfied?
In the very unlikely event you are not 100% happy with the work we have undertaken, we will make any further alterations and remedies for you "free of charge".

What types of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, plus personal or company cheques.

Is there a minimum charge?
For an installation the minimum charge is £500 including materials and labour. However, if you simply buy materials and carry out the work yourself - there is no minimum charge.

Which areas do you carry out installation?
We are happy to underake any work within the M25.

Are you insured?
Yes, we have full insurance cover so in the unlikely event some damage occurs during the installation, you are fully protected.

Do you guarantee your installation?
Yes, we have a 100% customer saisfaction policy and we will always ensure you are completely happy with the work we have done for you, before we sign it off.

Do you provide all equipment, tools, products and materials?
Yes, all our installers come with their own tools and equipment. Their only requirement will be the need to have access to water and an electricity supply.

Do your prices include vat?
No, all prices quoted are subject to VAT of 17.5%.

How long have you been in business?
We originally started in 1981 with one showroom in Islington. We now have 3 showrooms across West London.

Can you carry out work whilst I am on holiday?
Yes, this is a very common request and one area we do specialise in. You can then return from holiday to a lovely now floor in your wonderful home.
